Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I want daughter out of my house!

My daughter is 17. She will be 18 in March. She refuses to follow the rules of the house. She is stealing from us, retail stores and friends. She leaves the house even when she is told she can not go anywhere. She comes and goes to school. She is violent and is very hard to handle. She has a history of drug abuse. I have had it. I want to know, if curfew has been establised with her or it she leaves for days and days, can I refuse to let her back into the house? Do I have a right to say ''no more''?

Re: I want daughter out of my house!

Call the local juvinile probation folks and report her while sheis still under 18. They may wake her up with an unpleasant reality. You can alos call CPS.
