Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My daughter and her husband live in his house. After one of many, many fights he told her to move out. She said that she would not move out until summer. He told her that he would move her out tomorrow. Can he do that?

Ultimately, yes. But for the short term, she should file for divorce and seek temporary orders allowing her to stay in the house until she can find an apartment somewhere.
