Can an ex daughter in law sue her ex father in law for back child Support his decease son owes

In general, no, not directly. If the father is the beneficiary under the son's will or an heir of the son's estate and actually received property from the son's estate then you may have a claim against the son's estate and the father could be liable for that claim, but only to the extent that the father received property from the estate. The only other situation I can think of off the top of my head is if the father is a trustee of a trust established by the son or for the son. You might be able to get support from the trust. Third parties are not directly liable for child support.
