Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My ex daughter in law is threating to keep my 3 year old grandson away from me,legally, because of a comment I made. Can she do this without my sons approval(which he does not) or without going before a judge with me present?

Your ex-D-I-L does not have to let your grandson visit with you while she has him in her possession. If your son disagrees with this then he can let your grandson spend time with you during your son's periods of possession.
