Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My daughter

what are the laws on my daughter and grandson moving in with me. would that be considered incest or whatever they call it. what are the laws about something like this ? used to be it wouldnt matter but nowadays you need to cover everything.

I'm not really sure what you are asking. with this economy, many children are moving back home to share expenses with their parents.

I assume that your daughter would have her own bedroom.

It is not ok for either of them to sleep in your bedroom.
