Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My daughter left her boyfriend when she found out he was involved with drugs. She had to file charges on him and ended up having to leave college and move home. After she moved home she found out she was pregnant. She found out thast last week he was arrested on drug charges and is in jail. His right to 2 other children with different mothers have been terminated in the past. Will his rights automatically be terminated?

No, not automatically, and maybe not at all, depending upon the severity of the situation. Your daughter needs an attorney to prepare documents to file suit immediately upon the birth of the child. I am sorry she is in such a difficult situation, but glad she has family to help her. Good luck.
