Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

my daughter lives in new mexico. i live in texas. i have joint custody with the maternal grandparents. the mother has supervised visits. she lives in new mexico also. i would very much love to raise my 6 year old daughter with her step sisters, who are12 years old and her step brother who is 11 years old. the mother of my 3 children and i intend to remarry. is it possible to file for custody of my lovely daughter and raise her here in texas? went to court in new mexico and i feel as if though i lost a battle in their back yard. what are my chances of being a father to a daughter i love so much? plz help!!!

If she lives in NM, then you have to litigate this issue in NM.
