Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Daughter made wrong decision and needs help

In June 1999, my daughter then 12 years old decided she did not like the new town we had moved to ahd wanted to go live with her dad. I aagreed and she stayed there until December, 1999. She was unhappy because of his verbal abuse and she missed me. She came back to live with me, but her father refused to sign the legal papers and continued to collect child support from me. I was finally able to get the money together to go to court in September, 2000. In the meantime my ex husband's wife lured my daughter back to stay with them so instead of telling the judge she wanted to be with me, she told the judge she wanted to stay with her dad. Now, at the age of 14 and after being there for over a year, she has realized she has made a mistake, but her father refuses to let her move back. Is there a solution to this without going back to court and incurring all the expenses involved?
