Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My daughter is Married in texas and her husband has been very abusive. She is only 19 yrs old and has no skills for a job to support herself. Can she get temporary allimony so she can be educated in a field?

Maybe, however it is more important to get her out of that situation now. There are numerous agencies, including the police department who will help her.
