Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My daughter has been married for 16yrs,she left him after 4yrs. They have not lived together for 12yrs. She saw him about 9yrs ago for 10min. He gave his sons $10.00 each then left. Can she do the paper work foe a divorce her self? And will he have to sign them,no one knows where he is.

Yes, she can do her own divorce.

She can serve Dad by publication. There's no requirement that Dad sign anything.
