Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My daughter is in the middle of a divorce in Texas, there is a judge who without her signature has ordered her not to take the baby outside of 100 mile radius of Harris county. This is by no means the final decree. For medical reasons she has relocated outside that area to another state. We were unable to find her housing here at a reasonable rate, there she has already qualified for hud. Will she face kidnapping charges? What are her options, she can return for the court case in july, but she has already signed a one year lease there, has a job taking care of her elderly grandmother who needs 24 hour care, she has also started school there. What are her options?

No, she will not be charged with "kidnapping." What she should do, immediately, is file a motion for temporary orders and ask for a hearing. She should be prepared to show the Juddge why the 100-mile rule doesn't work.
