My daughter was molested, while we were on vacation. We went with my husbands mother and her current husband.
I have witnessed the situation on vacation and stopped it.
Now, We are working with the proper authorities, and cps in order to get a handle on this situation.
To my surprise, we found out that Grandmothers current husband was registered as a sex offender circa 2000/2001 for Molesting his daughter when she was 14.
Now I have had to call the police many times. We are living in a rent house owned by my mother-in-law, and has made up all these reasons to evict us- only after we pursued criminal charges on her molesting husband. Before that, she said she was going to try to help us. All she did was put my child around a registered sex offender, and is kicking us out after we found out about it. My husband had to quit his job, because of her constant harassment (he now thank-fully has a new one). She is also accusing me of coaching my daughter- which really upsets me because I caught the sicko molesting my daughter.
I want to know if it's legal for her to evict us, keep my husbands stepson (we signed him over to grandma because I was pregnant and too ill to take care of 2 kids at the time, no CPS cases on us, we were granted custody in court), and is it lawful for her to harass and make my life miserable because I filed a report against her husband- in order to protect my daughter and other children?

She can only evict you if she proves you are not complying with the lease e.g. not paying rent on time. You can't stay because her husband is a sex offender. In fact you probably should not stay since he might have access to the house.
I'm not sure what "signed over" means. You need a family lalw attorney to help you sort this out.
