Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My daughter is 20 months old. her father and i were never married and he has not seen her in almost a year....he does not pay child support and we have not been to court regarding custody. i would like to move...for better opportunities for me and my daughter. is there anything he can do legally to keep us from moving?

No. You can move anywhere you want. I hear that Thailand is nice this time of year.
