Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
My daughter
my daughter wants to move in with me and go to school after her divorce. is there anyway his family can say things like she's sleeping with her dad, and so forth to get custody of her son. can her son be taken away from her for living with me ?

People can and do say anything they want when they are trying to get what they want. Whether or not they can convenience a Judge is a different matter. You and your daughter should talk to a good family law attorney. Sounds like she is going to need one.
