My daughter moved with me she has been living with me for 6 months now , i am the ncp what should i do in regards to custody , child support , attorney general

If you are paying child support through the OAG, but supporting the child, then notify the OAG of the living arrangements, and request that child support be terminated. Moreover, the SAPCR should be modified to reflect your position as the primary conservator, with attendant rights and duties. You may need to retain an attorney, as the OAG usually does not get involved in issues of conservatorship.
