Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My daughter is a non custodial parent of her son with a temp order giving custody to the father. She lives in MI, he in TX, and he filed just days after she moved to MI to be with her husband. She can't afford to come back to tx for the trial. She asked the father to pick up the child, which he refused.

The judge allowed the lawyer for the father to write the order, making it unreasonable expenses for her to pay.

He has had this order givin in Dec. 1st, 2010, and served to her 3 months later. She doesn't have the means to transport the child, and she can't travel due to high risk pregnancy.

What can she do?

She's going to have to figure out how to get the child back to TX. There's just no way around the court's order unless she hires a TX attorney to fight it.
