Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My daughter went to prom and some kids got drunk she was checked by administrator and was told she was good...Monday morning was called into the office where the school principal question them for several hours and she confessed to talking a shot during the ride to the prom now they are trying to keep her from walking the stage saying she was under the influence

This happens every year. Unless you can convince the school otherwise, she won't get to walk. Schools have tremendous discretion in this area. Very sorry for your daughter and the rest of your family.

Try to get her to recant and cite the administrator who said she was OK as evidence that she probably confessed just to go along with her friends.
