Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My daughter is re-married and her and her husband want to move out of state. She has two children with her ex. Can she take them out of state legally?

This depends on what the divorce court has ruled. If the current possession order says she cannot, then she can file a motion to modify to permit her do so.
