Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Daughter might be testifying in a Restaining Order Hearing on Wednesday, January 11th, 2012, dealing with marital problems between her mother and step father. I believe her mother and grandmother are coercing inaccurate testimony to meet their needs. What can I do to stop this?

If the daughter is old enough to actually testify, then cross examine her to expose the coercion and lies. If what you mean is that the child will be meeting with the judge in chambers, give the judge a suggested list of topics to cover or questions to ask.

Good luck!!
