Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My daughter is going to turn 18 at the beginning of her senior year of high school. Is she still bound under the child custody rules for visitation rights or is she considered an adult and not required.

Once she turns 18, your daughter will be a adult and be able to do as she pleases in terms of choosing where she wants to live and whom she sees or doesn't see, so basically the custody and visitation orders no longer apply at that point. Normally, child support will still be owed until she graduates from high school, however.
