Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

2 weeks ago i was kicked out of the plase i was staying.. had to ask her father to come get her till i found a place to go.. i have found a perm place to stay and now he is refusing to give her back.. i have custody but the attorny general and he has supervised visits. can i get her back without going to court?

It's hard to figure out what you are really saying, but from what I think I understand, if you have a signed copy of your order, and you know where he is, you might be able to get law enforcement to accompany you to reclaim your daughter. Otherwise, get an attorney and head to court. You have really opened up the door for him to get primary custody.
