My daughter is 15 years old and does not want to see her father. She is very restricted at his house and is undergoing emotional stress. Does she have to go when it's his visitation?

The answer is: it depends on the Judge.
Some judges demand that Mom force the child into the car with Dad. They say, "You don't let your daughter make her own decisions about bedtime, or what she eats for supper; you're the parent, you have to control your child. It's a court order."
Other judges take the attitude that all you're required to do is open the door (when Dad knocks) and say, "She's in her room and says she doesn't want to go. You can go in and talk to her if you want." Then it's up to Dad if he wants to wrestle her into the vehicle.
