Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My daughter is 15 yrs old lives in Texas with her dadhe has custody of her she does not want to live with him i owe backed up child support but i do want her to live with me.Can she decide at this point where she wants to live even if i owe child support.I need help my daughter crys every day she does not want to live with her dad.Can u please tell me what to do.Please Help me im desperate tell me what to do...i live in california,I know several attorneys will take a look at this i dont have money to pay to get my question to u quick it is urgent to me that someone answers me quick.

A 15-year-old in Texas does not decide which parent she wants to live with. The courts decide, based on the best interest of the child.

You need to hire a lawyer, unfortunately, and you should have at least $10,000 up front.
