Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

What should I do if my daughter's Bio father hasn't seen her in six and a half years and wats to see her now? He seen her one time when she was three. He had supervised visitation and never did do it. He called one time after court and wanted to take her by himself and I said no. I never heard from him again until now.

Maybe he has changed, maybe not. Either way, you have a court order for supervised visitation. He is a virtual stranger to her, and supervised visitation is the best was to determine if he is serious about being a father, and to reintroduce him to her life. Alternatively, you can consult an attorney to see if the facts support a petition for termination.
