Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

daughters death

my daughter passed away after being transferred to a nursing home on a fri evening, sun at 12pm she is deceased. no one said she had been ill, she had a guardian and no one will tell me what has happened. said she died from M.S, but has never been diagnosed, I Would lik autopsy, and interred for cremation. I would like her personal effects. I just want to know what happened. it wa stated she had numerous open wounds. also, I believe she had no guardian in the 1st nursing home for a whole year, would like to have all the medical records from both nursing homes and the hospital she died at, the coroners report and the DADS report.
