Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My daughters father sent me legal document! it is a wavier of sevrice....what exactly is a waiver of service?? I noticed at the top of the paper is says by signing it i waive all my legal rights in the case between me and my daughters father!

It means that you are not contesting any aspect of the suit in regards to your daughter. In other words, once you sing the waiver, you are not required to be noticed any more for futher hearings, because you agree to "waive" service.
