Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My ex and daughter's father has recently joined the army. He and I have been in and out of court since 2004 and there has been little resolution concerning visitation, child support and other concerns. He was obligated to pay child support in 2004, but did not make his first payment until late 2006. I have visited, called and met with the AG in Texas many times being told that they would investigate and finally when it seemed that they were to make a decision concerning the years of back child support, the original paperwork they had sent me went missing. I have copies of the paperwork but now they tell me that they do not have access to the paperwork, court document with judges signature so he is no longer responsibile for back child support. In fact they, have him listed as ahead of payment. No one seems to be able to help me. When he joined the army, I once again went to the Ag asking for a review, they told me his payment would go from 321 to 61o but then they backtracked this. I have zero addrss for where he lives, no phone number and just recently he showed up o my daughter's school with no longer valid court documents to try take my daughter out of school with no notice to me. No phone call. No letter. Nothing. Luckily, the school did not release her and by the time I was notified, he was gone. His new wife has also harassed me and my daughter the whole while. She has broken into my daughter's email account on several instances, created social network accounts in her name and slandered my name on social network sites. Is there anyone I can contact? Is there anyone I can speak to about the AG losing important paperwork suspiciously and failing to try to help? And is there any way to file a complaint against his behavior?

You need to forget about the AG, and hire your own lawyer. The AG doesn't represent you; they represent "the state of Texas."
