Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Dauther has a newborn son almost one moth old, Dauther is concidering legal guardanship to me and wife, Dauther and Grandson live in our home. Need help and advice how to start this process.

First, in Texas you probably don't want guardianship since is done in probate court and is burdensome.

I recommend becoming a conservator instead which is done in the Family Courts.
