Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

What days are my husbands legal days of visitation at Christmas?

I have a 4 year old daughter who is enrolled in a Pre-K school that has a defined curriculam. I have temporary orders that read as ''in this standared possession order ''school'' means the primary or secondary school in which the child is enrolled..Christmas holidays in even numbered years - shall have the right to possession of the child beginning at 6:00pm on the day the child is dismissed from school for the Christmas vacation and ending at noon on December 26th.'' Her pre-k is only closed for the 25th and the 26th for the holiday and the 23-24 for their regular weekend schedule. I need to know what that means for child visitation. Does he have her from 22nd to the 26th, or just on the 25th and 26th? the orders also state that if she is not enrolled in a primary school the public school district in which the child primarily resides. Is her pre-k considered school since the do infact have a curriculam and considered her enrolled? Would this mean that he has her for the entire week?

If you cannot reach a mutual agreement, which is always the preferred method of handling these questions, then follow the orders. If her school is a school, and not a day-care, then the visitation order will follow the school's schedule. If it is a day-care with a schedule, then you need to follow the local public ISD schedule.
