Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

death in the family

My child's father recently passed away and his wife and her family will not stop bugging me to let them see her. His mother has a past of abusivness which I have witnessed and I have told his wife and family no many times but they will not quit pressuring me, what can I do?

You could get a TRO. Do you have proof of past abuse that would be admissible in court - or credible, unimpeachable witnesses? The wife has no visitation rights and the grandparents very minor. Just don't let the court expand on that out of some sympathy.
