Deceased friend
friends mother bougt living room set for her daughter in 2006. both agreed once married will return furniture. she past away last week. husband trying now to keep furniture.

There really isn't a question here, plus this is the wrong category for this kind of question, but several thoughts come to mind. One, how long had the daughter been married? If she had been married for awhile why hadn't the mother already repoed the living room set? There is a good chance the husband thinks the furniture belonged to his wife and never knew about this agreement. Two, is a 2 year old living room set really worth fighting over. Three, right now both these people are grieving. For heaven's sake, she just died last week, this is not the time for this.
