deceased names on wills

my father is deceased should my mothers will be updated to remove his name?

I encourage people to review their wills whenever there is a major life change and/or every 5 years.

Please consult an attorney you trust in your area. It's worth a couple of hunddred dollars to make sure everything is ok.

It's a lot like having your car maintained on a regular basis.
