Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If the decree specified the amount of days I can have my child during the Summer vacation, can my ex and her lawyer deny the total days allotted? The decree states I get 30 days during the Summer break, and my ex is allowed 1 weekend during the period of possession. Being that it will decrease the time I initially specified when I sent my requested dates, are they in breach since they will be denying me the full 30 days the decree states I have? Allowing her to have a weekend visit should only allow me to change the dates I initially specified to make up for and sum up to the 30 days granted to me.

Technically, you get 30 days minus the weekend (if she chooses to exercise her weekend). They are not "in breach."
