Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My Decree/Possession Order states Right of First Refusal for all periods of over 24 hours. My ex-husband interprets this as "overnight" and I take this literally as in "when I am not in possession of the child for more than 24 hours". Which is correct?

If the decree says "24 hours" then you are right. If he takes you to court to modify it to overnight, he could be successful. It could be worth your while to compromise on this issue.
