deferred judification/ family violence

If you are offered deferred judification through the proscution

will this still show up on your record? Is this something that can be sealed?

Your only option is to seek a pardon from the governor and then have your record expunged. Normally you can petition the court for nondisclosure if you sucessfully complete a deferred ajudication but offenses involving family violence are not eligible for nondisclosure.
