My ex denies me visitation whenever she wants I even have a police report and the atourney general is falsely acuseing me of being behind payments are taken out of my check

1. Sue Mom for contempt for violating the part of your order that requires her to surrender the child to you. Take her to Court.

2. As for the AG: File a lawsuit in the nature of a "motion to reduce child support arrearage to judgment." This will get your case before a JUDGE, who doesn't work for the AG. The result will be a COURT ORDER that makes a finding of your arrearage (or lack thereof). The AG can't argue with a court order.
