First, contact the Denton county clerk's office and see what you can determine about the charges. That is a high bond so it is a felony charge. The charge and result will be more important than just the fact she is driving on a suspended license. (Having a suspended license does not necessarily mean the person is a bad driver, etc. However, she is subject to being arrested if she is driving with a suspended license and if the kids are with her - there could be problems for the kids.)
Also, if you know for a fact and can prove (via photographs or whatever) that she is driving while the license is suspended AND she is on bond (or ends up on probation), she is violating her probation for sure and possibly her bond and you could notify her criminal court.
