I am having a lein for back taxes being put on my property for a company my x-husben stated after we were devoriced. They say it is becouse his name in still on my deed to the property that I was awarded during our devorice in 1997 April. They never took his name off and I need to remove it before they start taxing me agian on his company. what form do I need to file to remove his name?

Without knowing what was done during your divorce, its hard to say.
If there was a Special Warranty Deed you need to record that in the real property records of the county where the property is located to ensure only your name is on the deed (and the tax records). If no deed was signed you will probably need to record a certified copy of your entire divorce decree instead. It was your responsibility to do this or see that it was done.
