If I die what happens next

I have full legal custudy of my child if I die what happens, where is she placed?

You should name a guardian in your will. If the child's other parent is still living and the parental rights are not terminated, then that parent has the right to claim conservatorship, and a judge will then determine what is in the child's best interest.
