Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

discloser of assets

My brother is going thru a divorce and has asked for full discloser of all assets including bank accounts,401k,and any other assets with value. We know she has taken money out of her 401k with out his permissiom and bought her son a car. We also feel she is hiding money.What can we do and is there a way to find out if she has bank accounts hidden?

The discovery process, including Request for Production of Documents, which requires production of all financial records, and evidence of purchases and sales, will identify where the money went.
