Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

discovery

I had oppsing counsel send me a request for discovery via email at 8:30 at night on the eve of our dead line for timely request is email request proper? I did not give consent to receve such request via email.

If you are involved in a family matter complex enough to warrant Discovery, you need an attorney who can answer question slike this for you.
