dismissing an attorney
I have asked my attorney to dismiss himself from my case for lack of representation and he has failed to do that after a month. I am in the middle of a divorce. Is there a way that I can remove him myself as my attorney?

You need to get a Motion to Substitution as Pro-se. Come see me if you need assistance.
