How do i dis own my father before he disowns me?

If you are over the age of 18, you can write a will and exclude your father from inheriting anything from you.

If you are asking about "divorcing" your father from legally being your father, there is no such law in Texas.

If you want to be adopted by another adult, once you are over the age of 18, it is really easy in Texas.
