Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Diviorce filed in different state

I was married in the state of Texas, but he was in the Air Force so we soon moved to North Dekota when we decided to divorce I moved back to Texas with our son. He filed for the divorce in North Dekota, but he now is stationed in New Jersey. If I am wanting to make changes in the divorce papers what state will I have to go through? Iam wanting to change us switching years on claiming our son on our income tax.
