Division of possessions
A couple has lived together for 9 years (in Texas), and have decided to break-up. They are not married, and never claimed to be. Legally, how are the accumulated house, furniture, etc., divided? Thank you

Since they aren't married and aren't claiming common law marriage, this isn't a family law question. They have to figure out how to divide things up just like any other roommates.
