If you don't know what to do, you need to hire a lawyer. Many lawyers take payment plans. I know I do. The other choice is to start studying up on the Family Code and the Rules of Civil Procedure and the cases important to your issues. Most lawyers can handle this in fairly short order. It might take you several hours to do this and you probably still would not get it right.

I offer do it yourself divorce kits at competitive rates as the on-line kits.

If the on-line kit is sold by a company NOT located in TX - buyer beware! The ones I've seen don't comply with TX law!
