Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I would like to get a divorce however I can afford to pay for the fees. I've heard of 700 to 1500 dollars. How can I see if I qualify for free legal aid. I do have CHIP I do not qualify for Medicaid or Foodstamps. Is there something that I can do. I know I went online and I see something about divorcewriters but I dont know if they do business straight.

Please advice what I can do.
