Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I'm getting a divorce and we both agree on who gets what. I will be taking the kids because there is no way he can deal with them. He told me he wants me to have both. My question is since we both agree on everything and plan on doing this without lawyers if all possible, what is the cost we are looking at to file and finalize everything.

The costs do doing this are quite small compared with the cost of fixing it if you do not get it right. For example, if your husband later decides that he does not want to pay child support or that he wants the kids, is the divorce decree written well enough to protect you? If you are in agreement, then now is the least expensive time to hire an attorney because there is little to do other than to get the language correct.
