Divorce agreement

My ex and I had several credit cards that were opened in my name due to his bad credit.

In the decree, he agreed that he used them and some of the debt was his. He agreed to pay half of all debt. I have not received anything from him towards the debt. Is there anything I can do about that?

There are many problems with handling debt in a divorce decree. To determine your options an attorney would have to review the decree as well as your particular facts and circumstances.
