Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
divorce agreement violations
A soon-to-be-ex-husband immediately violated a settlement agreement, clearing out a joint bank account illegally, causing his wife's checks for their home utilities to be returned. He did not divide the money with her, making it impossible for her to know the balance of the account, giving her $500 dollars total (saying that was her half). His first alimony payment was made from the money he took, which the wife was entitled to, to begin with! She needs to rectify this situation, but cannot afford further legal fees. Is there a way to force correction of the violations without legal representation? He locked her out of all access to joint accounts. This was specifically prohibited in their legal court-mediated settlement. What is the next step in dealing with this adulterous and obusive man? Thank you.

Re: divorce agreement violations
This situation requires legal intervention, but if she cannot afford further legal fees, then she is stuck on the side of the road. Sorry.
